Things I hope I never forget
I will be adding to this list from time to time. These are just a few things that I hope I never forget about my baby girl:
She . . .
She . . .
- hold her ears when she's nursing, taking a bottle, or tired
- was such a mild mannered baby
- changing her diaper is like wrestling an alligator
- is fearless around water
- is constantly moving, bouncing, wiggling, squirming
- she adores my dad
- is very ticklish
- has very strong jaws. . . always biting on something
- walks on her knees
- always has her tongue hanging out of her mouth (since she started walking) I don't know if it is a concentration thing, or if she's finally getting teeth
- throws herself backwards if she doesn't get what she wants & is always banging the back of her head against the wall or her high chair
- scrunches up her nose when she smiles . . . SOOOOO cute!
- can climb up onto anything!
- tilts her head & rests it on her arm (almost like she is talking on the phone & holding it with her shoulder. . . you know like every multi-tasking mom does)
- won't keep her headbands, hats, shoes or socks on
- holds her index finger to her lips like she's thinking of something to say
